Here's what's going on...

Welcome back Matadors!
We hope that you had a lovely summer and have enjoyed the first week back at Cal State Northridge. The Institute for Community Health and Wellbeing is excited to be sending out the first weekly newsletter of the semester filled with a lot of great information regarding our own projects and those of our CSUN and community affiliates. Please feel free to share all this information with anyone who may be interested!

Institute Resources


After a long process involving our staff, The Institute for Sustainability, Facilities Planning, Physical Plant Management, and Academic Resources, the North and South Santa Susana Courtyards have been updated over the summer! This features new seating arrangements, newly stained floors, painted accents and more! We thank everyone who has contributed in this wonderful project!


Open use to the public. Please feel free to exchange books for your reading pleasure! Located in the North Courtyard of Santa Susana Hall.

Commit To Be Fit (CTBF) is a free fitness program for CSUN staff/faculty/students and community members. The program is led by CSUN Kinesiology students, under the supervision of CSUN Kinesiology faculty.
