Volunteer Opportunities available at The Institute and in Canoga Park

Commit to Be Fit (CTBF) is a free fitness and wellness program led by CSUN Kinesiology students four nights per week.

The workouts consist of cutting edge and scientifically sound functional cardiovascular and resistance training aimed to get you in shape and help you feel your best.

LITTLE FREE LIBRARY UP AND OPERATIONAL!

Open use to the public. Please feel free to exchange books for your reading pleasure! Located in the North Courtyard of Santa Susana Hall

AMC’s Sensory Friendly Films
Founded in 2007 in partnership with the Autism Society, AMC has been showing autism-friendly entertainment sensory-friendly screenings. Most showings at select AMC locations nationwide take place on the second and fourth Tuesday and Saturday of each month.

IFit is a 10-week program that promotes getting healthy, active, and social for students with ASD.

Telehealth

Telehealth Alcohol Awareness video chat sessions
Mon – Fri 9am – 4pm.
Students answer 10 questions about their alcohol use in a 15-20 minute video chat via mobile device and complete online follow-up surveys.
Students receive up to $40 in gift cards for participating in Telehealth.

Every Monday and Wednesday from 9.30 am to 4pm in Monterey Hall (MH100). No needles, no blood - results are given on site within 30 minutes.
