BrownFlynn and Boards of Directors

As part of our continued efforts to raise awareness about corporate responsibility and sustainability among the highest levels of corporate governance, BrownFlynn recently helped develop content for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). BrownFlynn collaborated with Forest City Enterprises and NACD to bring the latest thinking on board level engagement around these issues to NACD’s annual conference, as well as their monthly publication. Forest City’s CFO, Bob O’Brien, crafted this exceptional article for NACD’s Directorship Magazine – “At Forest City, Board Engagement Fosters Diversity and Inclusion.” NACD members can access the article online here.

Our capstone webinar in the educational series with Nasdaq was held on December 18, 2015 and featured special guest the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.
