Two Sunday Services will be offered live through YouTube.
In response to the coronavirus crisis and in obedience to civic authorities placing limits of gatherings to fewer than 10 persons, La Trinidad UMC Church Council has voted to temporarily suspend in-person participation in Sunday worship services. During the suspension, the church will continue to offer 2 Sunday Worship Services through the online format.
The 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM Sunday Services will be conducted by the church pastoral staff and a few musical volunteers and broadcast through YouTube.
Musical offerings of those remaining at home may be recorded digitally and sent by Google Drive to firstname.lastname@example.org for inclusion in our online worship presentations. Prayer requests can be emailed or sent by text.
We ask those watching online to please register their online attendance by sending an email to email@example.com stating the names of those viewing.
Our pastoral staff will also be working to provide other online resources for persons of all ages and working to connect with those without Internet.
YouTube can be viewed on mobile devices, computers, digital streaming boxes, and smart televisions.
The content from previous events and Sundays is available after the service ends.

The administrative office and pastoral staff of La Trinidad UMC is working diligently to continue ministry operations and adapt our spiritual resources for remote deployment. The staff is also observing social distancing.
As such, the church office is not open to the public. Church members who need to enter the church facility for work or administrative purposes will be admitted by the church secretary or other staff member. We encourage all persons to honor the requests of the CDC, state, and local officials for their own safety and that of others.
Please do not approach the administrative offices if you have any flu-like symptoms, if you have traveled out of the area within the last two weeks, or if feel you may be at risk.
With in-person worship being temporarily suspended due to the requirements of social distancing, continuation of ministry at La Trinidad will depend on tithes and offerings being offered through the mail, through bill-pay services, or authorized through PayPal.
Your love and generosity during this difficult period are especially appreciated and needed.
All mailed or online gifts are treated with the same care as the Sunday offering and are credited to each individual giving statement.
Special offering envelopes designed for postal use are available through the church office. We will soon be sending these out as well, but ordinary envelopes work as well. Please use this address if sending gifts in the mail:
La Trinidad United Methodist Church
300 San Fernando St.
San Antonio, TX 78207
If your bank has a Bill Pay service, you can designate La Trinidad UMC as a recipient and an automatic check will be sent.
The best way to use PayPal is to open a free PayPal account, transfer funds into it from your bank, then make a PayPal to PayPal transfer using the church's "Donate" button. PayPal to PayPal transfers are free of any processing fees.
PayPal also accepts credit cards but adds a small processing fee. Those gifts are welcome as well.
