The shortlists have been revealed for the West Midlands Property Awards, and we feel terribly honoured to announce that our project, The Joint Works has been nominated for Fit Out/Refurbishment of the Year.

This project was a labour of love for us, and required real sensitivity to the long-standing industrial pedigree of the building. But it also, we hope, shows everyone just how much potential these incredible old buildings have as modern workspaces.

The space is home to some of Birmingham’s finest creative agencies, including Substrakt, Method In Motion, Big Cat and Switch. It also has a co-working space of over fifty desks that has proved a perfect environment for freelancers and small businesses to collaborate and thrive.
