We hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and well. Given the New York City safety guidelines, we recently made the difficult decision to temporarily close our Chelsea location for the health and safety of our employees and visitors.
However, we remain committed to our gallery's program and above all, committed to supporting and celebrating our artists during this time. Gommaar Gilliams' solo show continues online and this spring, in lieu of physical exhibitions, we will be presenting new works by both Ronald Jackson and Hiba Schahbaz in our online viewing room. Their exhibitions at the gallery will be postponed to the fall.
Looking forward, we will be making more of our programming available remotely through digital presentations, newsletters, and social media. We will also be launching De Buck Gallery Voices, an audio interview series that will give a platform for our artists to speak directly about their work and allow you to connect with the gallery in a more intimate way. We hope that you will join us in supporting our artists and we hope to find new and creative ways to bring their artwork and voices to you.
