Oil on Canvas | 24 x 36 inches
depicts that moment in time – late fall but not quite full blown winter – we are all so familiar with, when the first snowfall is melting, but you know there's more to come! This scene of a tumbled down little ranch and magnificent cottonwoods lining the road was captured on our way home from Taos as we drove back to Colorado. I love it when I can freeze on canvas that old ranch that you could have just whizzed past or that snippet of time when the clouds and the mountains talk to each other."
