Season Update

There are now just four games left in the season and several of the Club's youth teams are well positioned to play finals.

The Year 12s are currently 5th on the ladder but just one game behind 3rd and 4th. The team has a home game at Millington this week against the Quinns Bulls. The game starts at 3:15pm.

The Year 11s are sitting in 9th place following a number of close losses during the season. They play the Wanneroo Roos this week and are looking to make amends for their 3pt loss to the Roos in round 1.

The Year 10s are in 7th position but just 1 win out of the top 4 which means they still have a chance of playing finals. They have a home game at Millington this week against the Kingsley Cats. The game starts at 1:15pm

The Year 9s are 2nd on the ladder and should maintain this position leading into the finals.

The Year 8 Gold side are in 4th place. They are one game ahead of 5th which puts them in a good position to play finals.

The Year 8 Green side is in the top spot and two games games ahead of 2nd making finals a near certainty.

International School of Western Australia

The ISWA school community plays a particularly important role in the lives of students and their families. When families arrive in Perth from overseas they often don't know anybody. An inclusive, welcoming school community and active Parent Association have numerous strategies in place to ensure newcomers are welcomed and settle quickly and happily in to their new Perth lifestyle. This welcome is not exclusive to our international families. Due to the egalitarian, open-minded and progressive nature of the school community, local students who did not fit into their mainstream or elite Perth school structure find their place here at ISWA: often for the first time ever in a school environment, they find they belong.

The family atmosphere of our campus is enhanced by our co-educational K-12 campus, where vertical age interactions are facilitated and encouraged. The 'connectedness' between primary, middle and secondary school, between staff and pupils, school and parents' is at the core of our holistic approach to education
