Tonight, on the first round of voting the Rev. Shavon Starling-Louis, former pastor of our very own Providence Presbyterian Church, was elected Co-Moderator of the 225th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)alongside her running mate the Rev. Ruth Santana-Grace of Philadelphia Presbytery!
On behalf of the Presbytery of Southern New England, we extend our congratulations, blessings and best wishes to Shavon and Ruth as they lead the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) over the next two years!
