January has become the ignition to make a change or cease a bad habit. From The “Keep It Simple” Book here are 3 ways to simplify resolutions:
1.      Choose one – Take one objective and make that your sole focus.
2.      Make an appointment – Put a 30-minute appointment in your diary weekly, entitled Resolution-Review to revitalize your resolution.
3.      Automate It – Simplify the action as much you can (e.g. The gym resolution - prepare several bags of kit ready and put them by the door or in the car).
