Digital variable gain amplifier

The BVA303 is a digitally controlled variable gain amplifier (DVGA) featuring high linearity using the voltage 3 V supply with a broadband frequency range of 30 to 4000 MHz.  The BVA303 integrates a high performance digital step attenuator  and a high linearity, broadband gain block, using the small package (4x4mm QFN package) and operating VDD 3 V voltage and designed for use in 3G/4G wireless infrastructure and other high performance RF applications. Both stages are internally matched to 50 Ohms and it is easy to use  with no external matching components required.


Dual antenna 2.4 GHz ISM RFIC

The 8TR8220 combines a power amplifier (PA), bypass, low noise amplifier (LNA), and a double pole, double throw (DPDT) antenna diversity switch in a 3.0 x 3.0 x 0.55 mm 16-pin QFN-package. Frequency range is 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. It also comes integrated with input/output matching circuitry. 8TR8220 delivers up to +23 dBm output power.

Microwave Signal Generator 100 kHz to 40 GHz

Model 865 Series from Berkeley Nucleonics offers a new performance level with ultra-low noise signals from 100 kHz to 40 GHz (settable to 42 GHz). The compact design introduces new power options allowing a broad dynamic range to meet a wide range of applications. The 865 also leverages a faster power and frequency switching capability to expand your ability to test receivers, components, antennas, and other devices. The handy front panel touchscreen allows full operation of the instrument while a simple GUI is also included for remote operation. You can connect by USB, LAN or GPIB to control your instrument.

1 GHz ultra low noise reference translator

KFCTS1000-10-5 from Synergy Microwave is phase locked translator with 10 MHz reference input at a signal level of +1 to +3.3 V and 1 GHz output. Phase noise at 10 kHz offset is −141 dBc/Hz and at 100 kHz offset it is −158 dBc/Hz. Spurious products are suppressed by 80 dB and output power is minimum +5 dBm. Power supply requirements are +5 V at 60 mA and +12 V at 10 mA.
