Highest isolation 2.45 GHz SPDT-switches

Berex has just introduced BSW6321 and BSW6421 high isolation, high linearity and low insertion loss SPDT switches. Using a single 2.7 V-5.5 V supply voltage, these switches provide a wide 1 to 6000 MHz frequency range when used in either 50 Ohm of 75 Ohm systems. They utilize a patent-pending technology that provides the industry's highest isolation of 50 dB at 2.45 GHz, together with a high input P1 capability of 39 dBm and a linearity of 64 dBm; optimizing these switches for use in 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax Wi-Fi, DOCIS 3.1 CATV, NFC, IoT and 5G wireless applications.

High linearity amplifier 
40-6000 MHz

BBA02 is a BroadBand, GaAs E-pHEMT Amplifier that is ideal for applications demanding high linearity in a wideband of 40-6000 MHz. The BBA02 is internally matched to 50 Ohms and requires no external matching components. It is available in RoHS-compliant SOT-89 SMT package. These devices are 100% DC and RF tested to assure
quality and performance.

  • Output P1 dB = 23.2 dBm
  • NF = 2.9 dB

MEMS filters -
C to Ku band

Sainty-tech in Nanjing, China offers ultra high accuracy MEMS processing. The manufacturing process includes silicon wafer bonding, TSV, silicon cavity technique and golden wire bonding application for MCM.  Output on the silicon substrate is 50 Ohm CPW. Cascadable InGaP HBT Gain Block 5-6000 MHz

BeRex’s BG13D is a high performance InGaP/ GaAs HBT MMIC amplifier, internally matched to 50 Ohms and uses a patented temperature compensation circuit to provide stable current over the operating temperature range without the need for external components.  The BG13D is designed for high linearity gain block applications that require excellent high gain amplification . It is packaged in a RoHS-compliant with SOT-89 surface mount package.
