A 4 Year Dream Coming to Fruition.
When Jan and Mark took the reins of Harry's Grill they inherited a 3 legged, 24 inch flat top grill with a broken brick holding up the back corner. Next to that was a shallow 2 basket fryer.
Both appliances were over 6 years old and pained to fit under the 4 foot exhaust vent that caused fear and trepidation when the fire marshal inspected (what was lovingly referred to as) their "Barbie Dreamhouse Kitchen".
Now after implementing every possible efficiency, to meet the ever increasing demand, they are implementing a long awaited improvement to the next level of restaurateur-ship. Turning the dreamhouse kitchen into a chef's dream kitchen. Not only do they want to create an incredible work environment for their cooks, but also give the servers an opportunity to provide a level of customer service worthy of every hungry patron that enters their doors....and in a timely fashion.
And for those who have painstakingly endoured an ice cold draft craft beer at Harry's very warm bar in July, get ready to leave your sweat rag at home because that's changing as well.
Work is underway and with God's help they hope to open their doors again the first week of October. Harry's Grill appreciates your patronage and looks forward to serving you the same quality food along with some incredible additions.
