Hello everyone,

this is the second issue of the SnipNotes newsletter, a warm welcome to all the new subscribers. The dust around the SnipNotes 2.0 release has settled, so I want to give you an update about what's happening in SnipNotes right now and what you can look forward to in the coming months.

SnipNotes 2.1

A big new SnipNotes update has just been released, which includes some of the most frequently requested features. You are now able to create custom categories for your notes. A trash preserves deleted notes, so you can restore them later. And the new sorting by modification date ensures that your most frequently used notes are always at the top of your list. Go and download the new update if you haven't already.

SnipNotes for macOS

This fall the gap will finally be closed: SnipNotes for macOS will allow you to access notes on your Mac and synchronize them with your iOS devices. More information on this new app will be available soon. Sign up for the beta test to get early access.

SnipNotes for iOS 10 / watchOS 3

New versions of iOS and watchOS are coming out in a few months, which bring exciting new opportunities for apps like SnipNotes. I will ensure that SnipNotes is compatible with these new operating systems on day one and will release a bigger update later this fall alongside the macOS version. A first beta of this update should be available by the end of September.

Did you know...?

... that you can open Siri while viewing a note and say "Remind me about this" to create a reminder with the note's content?
