Inspirational Person of the Year Award Presented to Local Individual, Chelsea Spears

This past week, Spanning the Need presented the STN Inspirational Person of the Year 2022 award to WKBN Morning Anchor, Chelsea Spears. Chelsea was voted the recipient of Spanning the Need’s “2022 Inspirational Person of the Year” award in partnership with The Holly Ritchie Team this past December.
