Local Non-Profit Announces Tri-County Women of Impact

The American Heart Association, announced the 2023 Woman of Impact and Teen of Impact nominees for the Tri-County.

Each year a select group of individuals across the Tri-County are nominated by their peers to become an American Heart Association Woman of Impact and Teen of Impact because of their passion and drive to make a difference in the community and raise awareness of women’s cardiovascular health.

Delta Flight Attendant Consoles Fearful Passenger

Everyone has their phobias—spiders, elevators, loneliness, but unfortunately for one Delta Airlines passenger, hers was flying. Molly Simonson Lee was flying from Charlotte near her home in Raleigh, North Carolina, to New York when it became clear that a passenger in front of her was not comfortable flying.
