Here's another news roundup, and a reminder that The National Student Survey is open until 30 April 2016. It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to fill in and, as a thank you for completing it, we'll put £5 on your Eating at Warwick card.

Thanks to those of you who nominated for the Staff Awards - check out the nominations.  You can also now nominate for the Warwick Awards for Teaching Excellence - so let us know of any staff or postgraduates whose great teaching you'd like to shout about.

Safety & Wellbeing: There's loads of wellbeing events going on. Come along to a meditation session, a 'Managing Perfectionism' workshop, The Chaplaincy's Cafe Fribble, a Wellbeing Walk, or come pet the Therapy Dogs on the 22nd.  Also, check out the 'Safer Students' campaign for useful advice on staying safe & secure (and a competition to win a MacBook Pro).
Going abroad as part of your degree? If so, then you must book on a compulsory Study Abroad Pre-Departure Briefing. They're taking place on Wednesday 17 February, Wednesday 24 February and Wednesday 9 March.
Volunteering Week: Volunteering Week is Week 7.  Keep an eye on Warwick Volunteers next week to find out how to get involved.
Graduate Jobs & Work Experience Event: Join us on Tuesday 23 February to check out some of 4000+ work-related opportunities from a wide variety of sectors, with workshops and information on careers services too.
Got an idea to enhance learning? We're looking to fund projects in enhancing teaching and learning. This unique opportunity to turn your ideas into reality offers up to £5,000 funding per project. Deadline: Monday 29 February.
Safety enhancement road works: We’re installing additional safety enhancements on Gibbet Hill Road & University Road over the next few weeks. This will mean restricting traffic on Gibbet Hill Road to one lane at various times. We’ll aim to keep the work between 9:30 and 4pm to minimise disruption.
Special Examination Arrangements: If for reasons of religious observance you prefer not to take examinations on a particular day, please refer to the information towards the bottom of this page (note the Friday deadline). If for reasons of disability, there are drop-ins this term offering advice and support.
