This week is Pride week
Pride Week is the SU’s annual awareness week about LGBTUA+ issues. No matter how you self-define, there’s events for everyone all week long - speakers, seminars, workshops, panels and parties! 
PG Hub Christmas
The PG Hub has a whole programme of events and activities to help get you in the festive spirit over the Christmas vacation! Events are free and open to all postgrads, so come along!
Study Happy at the Library
Study Happy is the Library's campaign to support you during your studies! The Library runs a range of events to encourage you to take a break, destress and keep you feeling happy and productive. If you see Kirby, the Study Happy penguin, you know there's fun to be had! Coming up: Pets as Therapy Dogs, Meditation, Wellbeing Walks and Bring Your Own Book Club.
Family Day
26th and 27th November are Family Days on campus, bringing together a rich mix of free family-friendly arts and sports activities. Join us and celebrate The Wonders of Winter with a dazzling and colourful weekend.
Are you ok? Housing
The next Are You OK day, which takes place on November 24th, will be dedicated to support, guidance and wellbeing relating to housing. Put the date in your diaries.
Shut up and work!
Struggling to focus on your work? Need to get your writing done? Come along to a Shut Up & Work Session in the PG Hub on Wednesdays and get productive!
The next Inspiring Women talk will be given by our new Registrar Rachel Sandby-Thomas. Hear her personal stories of success, advice and inspiration on 24th November.
Warwick in Africa offers 4-6 week placements teaching in some of Africa's poorest township and rural schools. We provide training to help you to maximise your impact in the classroom and inspire young people.
PG Postdoc loans consultation
The Department for Education is currently seeking views on the details of the proposed income contingent loans for postgraduate doctoral study, focusing on loan terms, eligibility and implementation.
Call for papers
The Warwick Research Journal 'Exchanges' is the double-blind peer-reviewed, online and open access interdisciplinary research journal of the Institute of Advanced Study. Exchanges invites high-quality interdisciplinary submissions from researchers at all stages of their careers with the theme of ‘Collaboration' by 30th November.
Research Skills
The Research Student Skills Programme provides support to help you succeed in your research degree, develop skills and prepare for your next career steps. Don’t miss upcoming workshops which are geared to each stage of your degree including time management, applications and academic writing.
Academic International Mobility Survey
Participate in a 15-minute survey examining the educational, professional and mobility trajectories of postgraduate students and academics. The survey is run by the French Institute for Demographic Studies as part of a European research project called TEMPER.
Artists and Academics exhibition 
To celebrate Coventry’s bid for City of Culture 2021, Warwick and Fargo Village are bringing artists and academics together for an exhibition of local artists' work that aims to bridge the art-science divide. Come down to The Box in Fargo Village from 10am-6pm on 26th November.
Female students can sign up to this 4-day personal development programme. Develop skills in confidence and networking, identify your brand and core values and build strategies for managing stress and change. Applications now open.
Experience the photography of Maganbhai Patel, who documented the arrival and the lives of South Asian immigrants to Coventry during the 1950s. This fantastic exhibition is running from 3rd to 20th November at The Box in Fargo Village.
