NATIONAL FITNESS DAY:
Wednesday 7 September is National Fitness Day - the biggest annual celebration of physical activity. There are lots of ways to get active, including using the free pool and free gym. Plus you can take part in the Triathlon Challenge, as an individual or as a team - sign up by Friday!
BECOME A POSTGRADUATE AMBASSADOR:
Want to get paid to work as a postgraduate events or blogging ambassador? As an ambassador you'll represent the University on and off campus, offering support to prospective and new postgraduates. As a blogger you can help give a flavour of life at Warwick by sharing your experiences on things like starting a Masters or making funding applications.
RUN 10k FOR WARWICK'S CANCER RESEARCH
Fancy running a brand new local 10k in aid of Warwick’s Cancer Research Centre? Spaces are now available in the 'Green Leek’ run, taking place on Sunday 9 October 2016. #TeamWarwickUni runners will be taking part - if you’d like to join them, all levels are welcome. CREATE A PROJECT COMPETITION
We're looking for new volunteering projects to benefit the local community. You could receive funding of up to £1000 to develop a project and win up to £100 for yourself! You can apply individually, or as part of a group, club, or society
GET INVOLVED WITH THE ARTS CENTRE
A group of postgraduates from the Centre for Cultural Policy collaborated with the Arts Centre this summer term to work on a project focused on audience engagement. There are lots of ways you can get involved with the Arts Centre yourself, from volunteer and work opportunities to enjoying the new autumn season with their student deals.
NEW ESRC PARTNERSHIP
The Faculty of Social Sciences has been awarded an ESRC Midlands Graduate School Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP) that will provide training and funding for postgraduate students from October 2017.
BECOME A POSTGRADUATE MENTOR
