The next PG lunch is coming up on Monday 15 August; a free lunch and a chance to meet up with other PGs. There will be sessions on what to do after your masters/PhD, and on preparing to start a PhD too.

Join us on 9 August for a Thesis Submission Workshop. The Graduate School, Student Careers & Skills, the Library and Warwick Print will be there with information to help you with submission and preparing for your viva.

Congratulations to the winners and commendees of this year's Warwick Awards for Teaching Excellence for postgraduates who teach! All will receive a cash prize to help them further develop and support their teaching practice.

CAMPUS ALLOTMENT
Want to get involved in the campus allotment? The Allotment Society are looking for volunteers, for anything from planting potatoes to making scarecrows.

MENTAL HEALTH IN HE CONFERENCE
This one day conference in October aims to develop an interdisciplinary insight into how to raise awareness of mental health in HE. Attendance is free for the first 100 sign ups, and you're invited to submit a mental health awareness campaign poster too.

FILM & PHOTO SHOOT
We're looking for people aged 18-23 to take part in a film and photo shoot between 28 July and 3 August. Feature parts will receive £100 per half day, and extras £50 per half day, with extended periods for a negotiated fee. Contact Lucy.McDermott@cogent.co.uk to sign up.

Please be aware that there is another telephone scam currently targeting Tier 4 students from individuals claiming to represent the Home Office. The Home Office will never call an international student to request payments or ask for personal details in this way. Do not make payments or give information.
