Merry Christmas to each and every one of my lovely clients.
This is the last newsletter for 2019. Can you believe how fast this year has flown by?
How has 2019 been for you? Hopefully not too many challenges but lots of lovely things to enjoy.
This has been a year of some changes for me on a personal level. I've challenged myself to do some things I hate doing and what's more, I survived.
Getting up in front of a room full of people and speaking about Share the Dignity was daunting but I did it...and not just once. While I won't win any awards for public speaking I was pretty chuffed with myself.
I've also been seeing a personal trainer twice a week for a couple of months now and definitely feel stronger. I even kind of enjoy the workouts....don't tell Jack I said that....lol.
Basically, 2019 has made me finally make sure I schedule time to do things I like to do.
My wish is that you also do that for yourself in the coming year. Plan ahead and block out time each week that is yours to do with what you want to do. You deserve it.
I will be closed on Friday 13th December and reopen on Tuesday 17th December due to a family event.
However, I will be working over the Christmas / New Year period except for the public holidays so if you've got time off then check out the online booking system and book yourself in for a post Christmas recovery massage.
Just a heads up that I will be closed for 4 weeks in February for s very long overdue holiday. I'll give you the exact dates in the next newsletter.
Remember I do have gift vouchers if you are looking for the best Christmas present ever to give someone you love. Nothing beats a massage as a gift in my unbiased opinion.
Wishing you all a wonderful and safe Christmas.
Hope to see you on the table soon,
