Boy didn't we have some stinking hot days during January? Thank goodness Santa bought me an evaporative it!!

I guess January can be divided into three types of people. Those that go on a holiday away with the family, those that stay home but take full advantage of all the beaches this gorgeous area has to offer and those who, like me, tend to stay close to home until things quieten down a bit.
It's only Feb 3rd and I think I've been out "doing coffee" three times already...ha ha.

I wanted to remind you all that if you are unwell then massage is not appropriate until you are on the mend.
For example if you have a gastro bug it is best to wait 48 hours after your last "episode"  (see how delicately I phrased that?) before having a massage or going back to work or just generally mixing with people.
If you have a cold then once the acute stage has passed....sore throat, fever, chills etc....then you can have a massage even if you still have a runny nose or cough.

Basically once you pass the contagious stage it will be fine. Feel free to phone me to check if you are unsure. You will feel worse after a massage if you are unwell... not better. And to be perfectly honest I want to reduce my risk of getting sick.

In need of a bit of relaxation? Need me to loosen up some of those tight muscles before they become a real problem? Give me a call or text or jump online and book in.
Thanks for the positive feedback about the ease of booking online I really appreciate it and I agree it was the best thing I have done in my little business. However, if you don't like to use the online system then that is perfectly ok. Phone calls or text message are fine.

Hope to see you on the table soon,
Leanne xx
