CGI launches new website

Improved functionality with a modern feel

CGI's website underwent a massive facelift over the past month! The new site assists visitors in finding what they're looking for more quickly, and helps tell the story of Who We Are!

Most of you know by now that CGI was created by Drs. Nicholas and Janet Cummings to provide an education behavioral health and medical professionals could find nowhere else. It was the answer many of you had been searching for - a doctoral education that focused on improving care for patients and innovating the healthcare system rather than the politics of higher education and a lengthy, research-based dissertation.

CGI is proud of the motivation behind the Institute, and grows ever more committed by the day to our Vision of Improving the Way the World Experiences Healthcare.

International Association of Doctors of Behavioral Health (IADBH)

Interim Board Members and Regional Leadership Established

Over the past month, DBH leaders from across the nation have come together to discuss important initiatives for the DBH profession, and to discuss the inaugural Mission and Vision of the IADBH.

If you are interested in becoming part of the foundation of this professional organization and participating actively in its inaugural year of strategic development, please contact Dace Tapley at dacet@iadbh.org. The IADBH interim board has created a survey for all interested members to capture your vote in regard to the strategic initiatives the IADBH will pursue for the first year.

The IADBH invites you to the Kick-off and Launch Party in Phoenix, AZ on October 13th at Hotel Palomar at 5:00 PM MST, where we will reconnect with our colleagues, share the results of the survey, and get excited about the work we will do in our first year as a professional organization. We are making history! Be a part of the future with us!

A new website for the IADBH is now under construction! For now, please visit http://cummingsinstitute.com/iadbh/ for more information on the IADBH.
