Music Makes the Message . . . More Fun.
When things get tough in the world, everyone gets on edge.  And today's HR professionals, who grapple with the gamut of "people problems" every day, experience this tension from others in a direct and often unpleasant way.

And so, you deserve (and NEED) a moment to chuckle, or at least, chortle. As promised (or threatened), WorkplaceTrainingHub.com has released the first three "hits" off its forthcoming album, "Constructive Discharge," a title chosen for its disgusting, slightly suggestive, and self-aggrandizing innuendo.

Warning: These songs are PG-13 rated, but still, you should use headphones when you listen to them, lest employees think you're having a much-earned and much-deserved chuckle at their expense. Stay tuned for more song releases, including

  • You Can Still Get Fired for THAT;
  • I Saw It on Surveillance;
  • The Monday-Friday Migraine Blues;
  • I'm Not Your Mother;
  • Yep! That's Harassment Indeed;
  • Great Vacay on FMLA;
  • Please Close My Door;
and many more!
HR Blues.  You know you get them every once and a while.  Take a moment for yourself to listen!
Why Hire Humans?  Have our workplace policy choices made robots a more attractive alternative than hiring humans? This funny ditty raises important questions.
I Won't Be IN Today (Denver Broncos Edition) Absurdly real excuses for "missing" work set to music.  Next time you get one, don't get mad, ADD to the song!
