St. Alban's Episcopal Church
This Week at St. Alban's

Wednesday, December 26, 2018

Dear all,

Merry Christmas!

The wonder of the feast was palpable at St. Alban's, as we gathered early, late and the next morning to celebrate the Incarnation in our beautifully renovated sanctuary. You all made this possible, and it was so moving to see so many people share the beauty and love of coming together to celebrate Jesus, and his love which builds and sustains our community.

I'm heading out of town for some Christmas celebrations with my family, and I'll be back in the office on Wednesday, January 2 (Karen, our administrator, and Steve, our book keeper, are also off during this period.)

The Revs. Duane Sisson and Will Scott will lead worship next Sunday, so I know you'll be in good hands!

I look forward to seeing what the New Year holds for all of us.

In love and gratitude,
Rev. Julie

P.S. Need sermons? We've got plenty! Click here for Steve Hitchcock's from the 4th Sunday of Advent. Here is mine from the 10 pm Christmas Eve service. And, here is my Christmas morning reflection. (5 pm was a beautiful story book This is the Star, by Joyce Dunbar, illustrated by Gary Blythe. Plus, beautiful shining gold stars...)
