Final Legacy Filer Migrations

Thursday (February 9th) and Friday (February10th), we migrated the last set of users from our legacy file system to the new home file system.

OpenMPI Update

Issues have been found running versions 1.6.3 and 1.6.4 of OpenMPI on MSU HPCC Intel16 nodes. If you wish to use these versions, please make sure to run on intel14 nodes.
