Drivers of success for emerging destinations top

Being the guest country of World Tourism Forum Lucerne 2015, the country of Azerbaijan is hosting our 4th WTFL Think Tank from 5-6 March 2016 in Baku. A group of carefully selected personalities put their heads together to discuss drivers of success for emerging destinations. With regard to this, Azerbaijan offers the ideal setting to explore the topic in depth and to allow fruitful discussions within this unique circle. See the programme of our next WTFL Think Tank here.
The importance of a talent pipeline top

Exchanging visions, thoughts and ideas between the generations within the travel, tourism and hospitality industry as well as raising the awareness of the CEOs to the eminent issue of a talent pipeline is one of the Forum’s main topics. World Tourism Forum Lucerne is constantly working on Talent Management and therefore expanded the exclusive circle of partner universities with schools from Azerbaijan, Singapore, Macedonia and Botswana. By joining the Young Talent Programme, dedicated students have the unique opportunity to qualify for a participation at the next World Tourism Forum Lucerne in May 2017.
