World Tourism Forum Lucerne impacts tourism in China top

Taleb Rifai, Secretary-General of UNWTO, declares 2017 as the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development. To spur actions that end poverty and to build a more sustainable world, the 1st World Conference on Tourism for Development was hosted by the Government of China and UNWTO on 19th May 2016 in Beijing. This high-level meeting was fully dedicated to "Tourism for Peace and Poverty". Martin Barth, CEO World Tourism Forum Lucerne, actively contributed to this significant gathering by moderating the panel session “Tourism for Poverty Reduction”.
