July is National Ice Cream Month!

Come join American Dairy Association Indiana at the 28th annual Ice Cream Social on Monument Circle July 14 from 11:00 am-2:00 pm.

Pick the giant ice cream sundae of your choice, complete with delectable toppings, in front of the Hilbert Circle Theatre for a donation of at least $3. All proceeds from this year's Ice Cream Social benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Indiana.

Hydrate Right to Beat the Heat!

The heat of the summer months places a bit more emphasis on making sure we drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and healthy. Remind your family and friends to get plenty of fluid and to think about what they drink. Drink plenty of water and don't forget that ice cold milk is an excellent way to cool your body and meet your calcium, vitamin D and protein needs every day.

Milk From the Cow To You

Ever wonder how your milk gets to the grocery store? In episode one of our three-part series, we explore how dairy farmers care for cows and calves on their farms. Check back for episode two (milking) and episode three (the bottling plant).
