OUR PAVILIONS ARE NEARLY FINISHED!
It's true .... our garden Pavilions are amazing!! We know that dining isn’t just about the food, it’s about the atmosphere too! Our stunning Pavilions will feature casual dining in the open air, and will be open for business later this month. Jan Gundlach and his team are busily preparing a special menu just for the pavilions. The menu will feature the best produce from our market garden along with the best of what's available from around the region. Once we are open we won't take bookings so come by whenever you like and soak in the atmosphere among our beautiful gardens and orchards while you wait for your table to be ready.
Stay tuned via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to be one of the first guests to experience our new dining pavilions.... An internationally inspired menu, created with amazing local produce in a relaxed and casual environment.... It doesn't get any better!

COME AND SUPPORT RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE
Pialligo Estate along with Ronald McDonald House are hosting “An Evening of Premium Wine and Fine Food” on Wednesday 14th October from 6:30pm in our brand new Pavilions. The event is to raise money for Australia’s leading children’s charity.
The evening will feature our chef’s canapés matched with some of the finest wines from our local Canberra district. Wineries featured will include Clonakilla Wines, Collector Wines, Mount Majura Vineyard, Nick O'Leary Wines and Ravensworth Wines.
There will be the chance to win a ‘Luxury Lucky Dip Experience’. By taking part in the raffle you could win a range of exciting lifestyle prizes, more details to come.
Tickets for this event are $100.00 per person – Bookings are essential.

You’ve tasted the rest but now taste the most delicious, our award winning Smokehouse is cranking up for the festive season. We are now taking orders for Christmas hams but we don’t need to tell you, order early to avoid disappointment.
Don’t like ham? The Smokehouse produces smoked salmon, gravalax, smoked duck and sausages. At the moment a small range of our smoked goods are available from the Farmhouse, but in a few weeks we will have our hams and other smoked goods on display in one of our Pavilions.

PIALLIGO ESTATE LOCAL MARKETS
On Sunday 6th and Sunday 13th of December Pialligo Estate will be holding our own Christmas Market in our new Marquee. It will be a great opportunity to sample some of the products made on site by our chefs and taste some the amazing produce from our Market Garden.
