SPRING PROGRAMMING – The Office of Faculty Affairs’ Spring 2018 Faculty Learning Series offers four monthly workshops featuring tracks in leadership/department heads, career development/productivity, working with others, and diversity. Our spring newsletter emailed to deans and department heads for faculty distribution focuses on diversity and covers professional development resources on campus and beyond, including our Spring Faculty Learning Series. The first FLS session is January 11 from 3-5 pm on “Faculty Performance Evaluations and Mentoring” in the Training and Development Building.
SUMMER AND FALL COHORT PROGRAMS – The 2018 Summer Leadership Institute has two new optional tracks in Research Leadership or Diversity Leadership to supplement this transformative four-day leadership program. The 2018-19 Aspire Fellows Program will help faculty pursue a high-impact project during the academic year.
