Let SPRING come and OPEN up!

Create new beginnings, just like spring does year after year

The circle of nature has once again reached the phase of spring and we have the opportunity to experience that spectacle with all our senses. Every day is full of surprises that spring kindly shares with us. The air is fresh, the sun is peeking through and everything starts to grow and bloom.

How about you? Are you ready to open up to spring?

The heart of spring is open and filled with love. She takes only moments to transform our world into a more beautiful, plentiful and happier place. Spring gives us so much. Only if we open up ourselves, we can give back to create and inspire. Is it scary to open up? Yes, but it is also beautiful. We willl always have the opportunity to cherish the power we’ve been given to make whatever we wish out of our days.

Spring represents the new beginnings and opportunities which come after letting go of the layers built throughout the winter. It’s also a moment to clean our bodies from toxins we have accumulated, stretch our tissues and open up for spring and its warmer and longer days.

So celebrate spring! Start something new, open up to new learning experiences and create joyful memories.

A present for yourself in a busy, hectic world. This workshop consists of three elements that help you achieve a wonderful state of relaxation: Yin Yoga, Meditation and a long Yoga Nidra session. A journey that brings you deeper to yourself and gives body and mind more space.

Yin Yoga gives you time to focus your attention inwards and observe certain sensations, feelings and thoughts in silence. Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious deep sleep, in which you do not actually fall asleep. 1 hour Yoga Nidra can feel like 4 hours worth of real sleep!
