THE ROAD TO DEEP RELAXATION

A present for yourself in a busy, hectic world. This workshop consists of three elements that help you achieve a wonderful state of relaxation: Yin Yoga, Meditation and a long Yoga Nidra session. A journey that brings you deeper to yourself and gives body and mind more space.
Yin Yoga gives you time to focus your attention inwards and observe certain sensations, feelings and thoughts in silence. Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious deep sleep, in which you do not actually fall asleep. 1 hour Yoga Nidra can feel like 4 hours worth of real sleep!
