“Find a new way with creative inspiration”

Last time, we talked about going through change. Maybe this year is not yet going as you’d hoped it would. It is not strange to experience feelings of resentment or resistance at those times. I am certainly no exception. We all have a bit of stubbornness in us that determines our patterns of reaction and expectation.

However, it is not something or someone else that is running your life. Now might be a good time to literally re-invent yourself by taking your attitudes, challenges, hopes, dreams, and current experiences of life, and creatively making changes to adapt to a new dream.

We need to be adaptable, not by grudgingly accepting things, but by being creative and thinking outside the box. Release our judgment of others and our feeling of wanting to be right. It helps to be creative even with little things: your clothing, food, schedule for example. Feel how the circumstances change.

This is also a good time to think creatively about the health of your body and mind and how to support it. Collect new information and be open to it. Break some habits and try new things! Ever wondered about yoga or meditation? Maybe an inspiring retreat? You are in charge of your own creative adaptability, but let me support you with some new things to try!
