Our annual meeting has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 5. Coffee and visiting at 10, meeting begins at 10:30, in Jinkins Hall of Grace Church, 1116 36th Street. That meeting will include the election of the Board for the year. So think about your own willingness to participate and help guide the WBNA in 2022.
The current Board will stay in place until the meeting. Chair Eliza Gray will remain on the Board but asked to step down as Chair. Eliza has done a great job leading the board during this challenging year and we thank her for that.
Carole Eldridge has agreed to serve as Chair in the interim. Carole is an energetic and resident of Williams-Borden who has been on the Board for a year. Board Member Mike Howell resigned from the Board. We thank him for his energy and ideas; he promises to stay involved.
Soon you will receive another message from WBNA, that will include a survey we ask you complete. This will help the new board plan for the year. Please complete the survey even if you are not a paid member, we want to hear from everyone.
Its been a challenging couple of years for all of us, and we hope 2022 proves to be different and a healthy one for you. So let's plan and move forward in a positive direction as a neighborhood.
