A new Urban Center energizes Century Bay in Dalian, China — the size of Battery Park, New York — 50 plus acres of shopping, eating, entertainment, and towering lighthouse inspired residences offer modern living along the bay!
As urban designers, we transformed 26 acres into a vital coastal neighborhood. The newly completed design of all public open spaces creates opportunity for dynamic social experiences. Public performance stages, playgrounds, coastal boardwalks, glassy cafes, quiet parks, and lively terraces activate the new urban community.
