Autumn 1 - Monday 4th October

Good morning colleagues,

It's been exciting start to the term and we have been pleased to work with ECF mentors across our region to support the start of the new support offer for ECTs. We've enjoyed starting the sessions and are looking forward to next week's ECT sessions. The commencement of the RQT programme has also been lovely. Thank you to our delivery partners from across the system for supporting with getting programmes and training up and running from an early start. Check out our section below on CPD if you would like further details of our wider CPD offer, including the Headteacher and Senior Leader Autumn briefing.

Looking ahead, we are now moving towards the 17th October deadline for applications for the new suite of NPQs. We are offering support to schools wanting to find out more about the reforms and how the new training opportunities will enable schools to develop their future leadership capacity and retain staff in a period of change and challenge. If you would like a chat and a chance to explore, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
