It’s almost too late to wish you a happy new year as we are already in early February! But, since this is our first newsletter for the year: ‘happy new year!’ I hope that you had a joyful Christmas and a good break, if indeed you took one over the holiday period.
We are back at work (well and truly) helping our clients with our legal expertise in all of our practice areas.

Monique heads up our Family Law Department and can help to put you on the right track if you, your family or work colleagues have any questions about this area of the law.

We also are busy drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardianship for clients – an area we broadly refer to as estate planning.
The deceased estates area is also busy assisting executors and administrators apply for Probate and Letters of Administration respectively.
