Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii's Monthly E-Newsletter
Click here to create a life-changing friendship today!
Dear Friend of Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawai'i,

Happy Halloween! Amidst all of the ghosts and goblins, the scariest thing we've seen this October is the number of children still on our waitlist, wishing and hoping for the call that we finally found their Big Brother or Big Sister. We are looking for adult volunteers, particularly males, who are interested in being a positive role model to a child in need of friendship. You don't have to be perfect - all these kids want is someone to give them consistent one-on-one time.

Help us make these next few months less scary. Please share this newsletter with anyone who may be interested in mentoring. Our staff is here to help you along this amazing journey of friendship and fun.

With aloha,
Dennis Brown
President / CEO
(and first "Little Brother")
Match Maker of the Month
JAN BYRER
Monthly Donor Since July 2014

"I like being a Match Maker because it’s a convenient way to give back. No checks to write, no forms to fill. With monthly giving, Big Brothers Big Sisters can count on a steady flow of contributions. If more people gave through monthly giving, the Agency could focus less on fundraising and more on program. It seems like a great way to donate."

Not everyone has time to be a Big, but anyone can sponsor a mentoring "match!" Learn more about how to become a monthly donor and change a life today.
