Dear Claude,

In breaking news, Oral Arguments have been scheduled in "Abu-Jamal v. Kerestes" for December 18th in Scranton PA.  (see details below).
Bret Grote, (Abolitionist Law Center) and Co-counsel Bob Boyle of NYC will argue before Middle District Federal Court Judge Robert Mariani.  Our position is that Mumia Abu-Jamal has the right to immediate life saving medically indicated treatment for his chronic and active Hepatitis C.  There is a cure and it should not be denied to prisoners.

We are in the thick of this legal battle of Abu-Jamal v. Kerestes, and we plan to win-- for Mumia, and for all prisoners battling Hepatitis C.

This is a case where defending medical care for one will defend the right to medical care for all prisoners.

Join us at the court house for oral arguments on Friday, December 18 at 10:30  am, William J. Nealon Federal Building in Scranton, PA.
