Our AGM was a great success, with participation by artists and performers, good news from Toronto Economic Development, and all three levels of government represented.  Councilor Nunziata spoke about progress in Mount Dennis and oversaw the election of our new executive.

The Community Police Liaison Committee meets on Thursday evening at 12 Division.  This is the annual volunteer appreciation night, a great opportunity for people to chat and learn about the committee without a formal program.  Community Safety begins by creating a dialog between police and citizens, so join us there. eMail for more information

Sewers and Basement Flooding December 11, 6-8

Toronto Water is holding two simultaneous consultations affecting sewers of all stripes, at Falstaff CC.  Much of MD is serviced by combined sewers and this event will have information about upgrades, as well as storm sewer issues

Mount Dennis BIA presents a Holiday Pop-Up December 6th/7th, 14th/15th and December 20th and 21st at 1047 Weston Road (former CIBC branch north of Eglinton)
Holiday Pop-Up Hours: Saturdays 12 – 6 pm and Sundays 12 – 5 pm;
also Friday December 20th from 12 – 6 pm and Saturday December 21st from 12 – 8 pm
