At 360Giving, we pride ourselves on being user-focused and are keen to learn more about what you need from us to help us to develop our priorities and improve our work. This is your chance to tell us what you think and give your ideas and insights, so that we can shape our upcoming plans for 2023-24.

As a friend of 360Giving, we value your thoughts on our work. This short survey will help us to understand how we’ve performed over the last year and how we can best support you as we move forward with the 2022-25 strategy.

Please complete our short customer survey by 8th April 2023. We welcome any feedback or ideas you would like to share. Your response will be completely anonymous. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

There are a mix of closed and open questions, and you can skip any that you don't want to answer.
