Harassment and Retaliation is detrimental to the workplace, not to mention extremely disruptive and expensive when situations turn into claims. There are 4 key things to know and do to help protect your entity:
  1. Have an updated policy
  2. Train every employee on the policy, at least yearly
  3. Separate training for supervisors
  4. Have a response plan and investigation protocol for reports and allegations
  5. Leadership must have buy-in and set the example
These are very broad guidelines, and the landscape and regulations are constantly changing. Call ICRMP if you have any questions.​
