4th Annual Boat-a-thon: Tues., June 7th

Each year we bring our summer staff together to fundraise for camper scholarships during our annual
Boat-a-thon. We believe that camp should be accessible to everyone, and the support of our scholarship fund ensures that any child who wants to come to camp is able to do so. Your support of our Boat-a-thon ensures that we can continue making camp accessible for years to come.

Quick Facts:
  • 1 in 6 Pyoca campers receives scholarship funding annually.
  • There are no qualifiers to receive scholarship funding for camp. Families tell us what they are able to pay toward summer camp as they register and Pyoca covers the remaining cost, no questions asked.
  • We have already pledged over $5,000.00 in scholarship funding for 2022 and expect that to double by the beginning of the camp season, and likely triple by the end of the camp season.

Mystery Quilt Retreat: Apr. 6th - 10th

We had a wonderful week hosting our annual Mystery Quilt Retreat. Our quilters were quite busy, making their way through the mystery quilt clues within the first 12 hours! Many beautiful quilts were started here at camp, and we can't wait to see the finished products.

Next year's dates have been set for March 22nd - 26th. Join us for our 20th annual Mystery Quilt Retreat in 2023!

How You Can Support Camp: Pass It On

Pass It On. Like the beloved campfire song, we know that in order to pass on the magic of camp to the next generation, we need the support of friends of camp and previous generations who have been transformed by this ministry.
There are a number of ways to support our ministry, including: donations to our Scholarship and Annual Funds, volunteer opportunities, in-kind gifts through our Amazon Wish List, and more.
