Dear Neighbors,
Thanks for making the 10th Annual RNP Neighborhood Awards Dinner one of the best yet. We had over 150 guests in attendance to recognize Riverside neighbors that have gone above and beyond in their service to the community!
The RNP is thrilled to have had the support of the offices of State Senator Richard Roth, Assemblymember Cervantes, Supervisor Kevin Jeffries, Mayor Lock-Dawson, Councilmembers Edwards & Perry and the City’s Neighborhood Engagement Division in recognizing our amazing neighborhood heroes. We were truly blessed with an incredible cohort of nominees this year!
Warm congratulations to our 2022 Award Winners: Spanish Town Heritage Foundation, Katalin Antal & Mike Johnson, and Tom Donahue. Your community is grateful for your service and sacrifice in making Riverside, the City of Our Dreams.
We also shared a few updates with all our guests, who got a sneak peek of all the great stuff we have planned in the near future.

We Officially Incorporated! After a vote by the Board of Directors, the Riverside Neighborhood Partnership filed and became a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, to better support neighborhood groups and community engagement initiatives.
We Raised Money! Thanks to generous contributions from Secure Choice Lending, Sarah Ayala Realty, Charter Healthcare, Common Change, the Sullivan Institute for Community Engagement, and all of our Awards Dinner guests, we were able to raise over $5,600 dollars to support neighborhood engagement and community advocacy. As result, the RNP will be launching neighborhood micro-grants to support community advocacy efforts in 2023. More details to come soon.
We Launched General Memberships! We heard your calls for more opportunities to get involved in Riverside and launched our General Membership program. The program is free and open to all Riverside residents. New members will receive our newsletter, regular invitations to Riverside events, and exclusive access to our Annual RNP Awards Dinner.
