Allright, this is the last leg of our 3 part Rosé Flight of all the current releases we are bringing in. This time, it's all domestic! The 2018 delightfully light Cochon Rhone Blend and a new producer, Ryme and their Aglilanico Rosé, which is already emerging as the favorite. Last, but certainly not least is the wonderful, big Onesta Cinsaut Rosé. This is actually a 2017, but Jillian the winemaker, likes to give this wine some extended sur lees contact for that nice, round finish. How exciting!
MItch just made this really awesome Honey Dew Melon Granita served with freshly whipped cream. Absolutely tasty and refreshing.
