CLARK Builds North American Presence Through Lexington HQ

Forklift maker to celebrate 100th anniversary next year

When you think of CLARK Material Handling Company in Lexington, Ky., you should think of a company with a lot of history. It developed the first gasoline-powered material handling truck in 1917 and has been changing the forklift industry ever since.

CLARK has continued to build that history in Kentucky for the past 42 years and relocated its headquarters to Lexington in 1985. The company recently decided to once again commit to the Commonwealth, when it announced a $4.8 million expansion that will create a total of 30 jobs...
