A Time for Thankfulness
November has arrived and is bringing with it my favorite holiday. While this year, Thanksgiving may be different than in years past, I can't wait for a day full of opportunities to give thanks for all that we have been blessed with. Even in this unprecedented year with the pandemic, social and political unrest, natural disasters, and much more to give cause for pause and opportunity for worry, fear, and more, I am thankful. I am thankful for all of the ways which we are blessed, like I said, even amidst everything that is going on in our world.
One expression of that is shown in my Thursday online sound series - Thankful Thursdays. YOU are invited to join me for this weekly sound bath meditation designed to help you to develop a practice of gratitude and thankfulness.
Another exciting expression is shown in the Random Act of Love Project that I am thrilled to be launching in just a few weeks. If you have been following me on social media, you know all about it. If you don't yet follow me, head on over to Facebook and Instagram and like and follow my pages to stay up to date on all the latest information on this exciting project.
What about you? What are you thankful for? I'd love to hear everything that you are thankful for. Share them with me via email, on social media, or in person at your next appointment. As always, I am grateful to be your massage therapist, sound therapist, or natural health consultant. Stay safe. In health and wellness ~ r
