Summertime... Whether you are Clara in Porgy and Bess, the Beach Boys, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Olivia Newton John in Grease, the Jamies, or any of the myriad of other musicians who have lauded the virtues of summer in their lyrics, we can all agree summer is great.  AND this summer is going to be one for the record books.

After this difficult year, we are entering into a time when restrictions are lifting, and we are getting back to what life was like before COVID-19.  Cautious optimism, anxiety, ease, and many more emotions from all ends of the spectrum are full on.  In this wonderful human experience, we are collectively going through a lot, we've gone through a lot, and we have more road to travel.

While the livin' may not always be easy, summer does bring more time spent outdoors, long nature walks, growth in our flower and food gardens, vacation, time with loved ones, and more.  For all of these things, I am grateful!

I have learned over the past 15 or 16 months that gratitude is a powerful force in our world.  I have always taken the view that this time of pandemic, this time of shut downs and sheltering in place was an opportunity to turn inward and reflect.  In my reflections my gratitude for the work that I am blessed to do at 7 Notes Natural Health has deepened.  My commitment to offering a safe space for massage and sound therapy, aromatherapy, reflexology, reiki, natural health consultations, and more has grown deeper as well.  Thank you for continuing to share this journey and for allowing me to be your massage therapist, sound therapist, or natural health consultant.  Once again, the theme of renewal is strong!

I invite you to read on for news on how to engage with the offerings at 7 Notes Natural Health to help you hear, see, and feel true wellness this summer.  Whether from the safety of your home (for our online offerings) or in person, may you know that you always have a safe place to come home to at 7 Notes Natural Health.

In renewed summer energy ~ r

Rob Meyer-Kukan, LMT, CSTP, NHE

As summer arrives and we begin to safely re-emerge from this difficult past year, renewal is a common theme that I am seeing in my clients.  We are all renewed by the prospect of life returning to what we remember before the efforts were put into place to curb the COVID-19 pandemic.  Also with this renewal comes mixed emotions and cautious optimism as we gingerly take next steps.

I am committed to bringing you the best and safest opportunities to hear, see, and feel true wellness.  To that end, I have developed a special Summer Renewal Package to help meet your needs.  In this package you will get 3 sessions for $210, regularly priced at $285.  The sessions in this package offer you a chance to clear your mind of clutter, relax, focus, and move forward!

SOUND THERAPY SESSION (60 minutes) - I will create a custom curated sound experience to aid you in relaxing and releasing.

RAINDROP TECHNIQUE SESSION (60 minutes) - I will use 9 essential oils and blends of essential oils to help bring balance to your energetic body and your physical body.

AROMA FREEDOM TECHNIQUE SESSION (60 minutes) - Through a guided conversation, coupled with aromatherapy, affirmations, and "power posing," I will guide you on a journey to help you focus on releasing anything that is holding you back.

From everyone at 7 Notes Natural Health,
we wish you a happy Father's Day!
We've been eating a lot of quinoa this year.  Often mispronounced... Quinoa is rich in protein, dietary fiber, B vitamins, and dietary minerals in amounts greater than in many grains.  We've experimented with various recipes and recently we found a recipe for a Quinoa Salad in a GREAT cookbook by America's Test Kitchen called - Vegan for Everybody.  This dressing can be used on a variety of quinoa salads with ingredients to your liking.  We like to include black beans, roasted red pepper, red onion, and mango in our version; but the sky is the limit on how you can enjoy this, once you've got it down.  Please enjoy this month's recipe!

REMINDER - All online sound bath meditations are posted to YouTube.  Click here to visit my YouTube channel and be sure to subscribe and click the bell to receive notifications when I post a video.
