Pero is encouraging our Team members to get vaccinated. We will give a PAID DAY OFF for all those employees who show proof of vaccination.
Employees vaccinated between now and September 30, 2021 can still qualify after presenting proof of vaccination.

Everyone on the QC team is being cross-trained on the Dock QC position to help us all become well-rounded throughout the facility. Austin Moreland who is usually running the production floor has been re-training on the dock to become more familiar with all of the processes.
Austin was trained on the dock briefly in the past near the startup of the Hanover facility. The re-training with Austin has helped him to become more confident in his dock skills. Tracey Klunk, our newest member, has been with us for 2 months! She has been trained on the production floor with Austin since the start of her time here. In addition, this past month she has also trained with Quinn on the dock and is very familiar and comfortable with all the QC responsibilities. Quinn Riley will be training in Florida for a week to meet personnel and to develop stronger leadership and Dock QC skills.
