We’re aware that the Datix email notification function is currently down, therefore managers and specialist teams will not receive any email notifications when incidents are reported. If an incident occurs and is considered significant then you should inform your line manager and appropriate specialist team (e.g. safeguarding team) directly, in addition to reporting the incident on Datix for the time being.
This issue has been referred to ArdenGEM and the national NHS Mail team who are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
